Transmission of disease in which a pathogen is transferred via contact between the mouth and the genitals. Can be transmitted within the same host or between two individuals. Does not necessarily indicate direct contact of the mouth to genitals, but potentially other sources (e.g., hand, object), depending on the pathogen and its ability to survive on different surfaces over time before contact.
