Internet slang, particularly pertaining to classified personal advertisements, indicating a man’s interest in activities, sexual and non-sexual, that make him feel “like a sissy” or feminized. Example of use in personal advertisement: “m4w looking for a BBW for pegging and sissy humiliation…”.
