Forensic DNA Lab
An employee or contract employee who performs analytical techniques on forensic samples under the supervision of a qualified analyst. Technicians do not interpret data, reach conclusions on typing results, or prepare final reports. (QA Standards for Forensic DNA Testing Laboratories)
